As a part of Urban Barn's dedicated team, you will assist customers in making impactful décor choices to create spaces they love. This role demands a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend shifts, along with collaboration with fellow associates and managers to elevate the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with décor decisions and selections
• Offer warm and friendly greetings to every guest
• Build lasting connections to enhance customer loyalty
• Handle transactions for purchases and returns
• Ensure the store remains clean and visually appealing
Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience in retail sales
• Comfort with technology, particularly POS systems
• Minimum of 3 working days per week, including weekends
• Ability to lift goods weighing up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills to engage customers
