With at least two years of retail experience, you will utilize your strong communication and customer service skills to foster a team committed to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage opening and closing store procedures

• Exhibit exemplary customer service during all interactions

• Assist with team training and onboarding initiatives

• Implement sales strategies to boost team performance

• Resolve customer complaints professionally

Requirements:

• Two years of retail experience mandatory

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in all customer service areas

• Must pass background check

• Provincial Cannabis Certification required
