Join Talize as a Retail Floor Supervisor to enhance shopping experiences through effective leadership and sustainable practices.

As the Retail Floor Supervisor at Talize, you'll support daily operations and customer engagement while setting high standards for merchandising and floor management. This 12-month contract requires strong leadership and at least three years of management experience in retail. You will be key in onboarding, training, and mentoring your team to foster talent and drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide daily operations and monitor team performance
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance within the store
• Train employees on POS systems and customer engagement
• Manage administrative tasks and cash handling
• Support marketing activities and promotional events
Requirements:
• 3 or more years in retail management
