Answer product questions, recommend suitable merchandise, and help maintain efficient store operations. Your work supports customer service, teamwork, visual standards, inventory flow, and checkout accuracy.

• Respond to questions about product features, benefits, and availability
• Understand consumer needs and demonstrate suitable merchandise options
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Retrieve, receive, replenish, and process merchandise accurately
• Complete sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions efficiently

• Up to two years of position or specialization experience
• Inventory, point-of-sale, and retail software operating skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
• At least sixteen years of age
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule
