Part-Time Shop Floor Leader & Sales Coach
lush is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support our Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales, coaching staff, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll engage with customers, mentor Sales Ambassadors, and help maintain the store’s aesthetic and performance.
You will lead by example, champion skincare knowledge and ethical values, and manage opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and inventory to ensure a vibrant, welcoming shopping environment for every guest.
