Compensation
The base salary for this role ranges between $80,000 - $110,000, with eligibility for an incentive target of $27,000.00 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.
The pay range above is not a guarantee of compensation but reflects the potential total compensation for this role at the time of this posting based on the assigned job grade. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. The stated range is a reasonable estimate and may change over time; final compensation may fall above or below the range provided.

Position Summary:
We have an opening for an Account Manager to cover the Windsor, Leamington and surrounding areas. This position would be based in our Windsor branch calling on road, bridge and building construction companies, school boards and plumbing and HVAC contractors. Reporting to the Plumbing & Construction Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing accounts.
The Account Manager will support our corporate strategy by expanding share of wallet in existing customers and acquiring new accounts by providing unique value to win new business.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (You Will):
Determines sales potential for new and existing plumbing and construction customers through inquiry, observation and periodic researchPromotes WFS Ltd. products and services to customersMaintains a high level of relevant product knowledgeAssists customers with problems by comparing and introducing productsDetermines customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific productsIdentifies and reports actual and potential cost savings to customers on a proactive basisCommunicates regularly with branch staff to resolve customer issuesMaintains an excellent working relationship with customers and our internal teamAssists Inside Customer Service Representatives with the development and maintenance of customers contracts and quotesMaintains customer contracts and follows up on customer quotesMakes sales calls with vendor representatives and other resourcesDevelops a proactive sales plan to increase sales of new and existing customers and records and reports activity through monthly pipeline reviewsCalls on existing and new customers based on the sales planFollows all safety protocol in compliance with WFS' Health and Safety policies and procedures, local customer policies and procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety ActAims to increase customer sales with attention to marginResponsible for-profit margin and expenses relating to buy and sell agreementsPresents a professional image at all times to customers and vendorsAll other duties as assignedREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (You Have):
