• Assist Store Manager with Standard Operating Procedures compliance

• Support efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems
• Drive sales in the Knit & Sew Shop and oversee Custom Framing operations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Experience with customer service and sales techniques
• Strong background in operational excellence
• Willingness to work various hours including evenings
