Insurance Sales Broker Waterloo

As a Sales Broker, you will represent Billyard Insurance Group across Personal, Commercial, and Life Insurance. Build your own book of business with national brokerage backing, market access, training, and leadership support. Manage client relationships through each sales stage while maintaining accurate records and current product knowledge.

• Generate business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and marketing
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Manage sales from first contact through renewals
• Cross-sell and upsell to strengthen client relationships
• Collaborate with the branch team to support growth

• Minimum two years of insurance or related sales experience
• RIBO license or current OTL license with conversion commitment
• LLQP and two years’ experience for Life Insurance sales
• Strong Personal Lines knowledge and proven closing ability
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
