Drive broadband sales across your territory with Xplore Inc., using face-to-face communication and telecommunications knowledge in a hybrid work environment.
As a Field Sales and Marketing Representative, you will promote Xplore’s residential products and services directly to potential customers. You will generate leads, explain packages and promotions, and convert opportunities into revenue. The position reports to a Team Manager, Field Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct proactive door-to-door outreach within assigned territory
- Explain Xplore products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Communicate pricing, packages, and promotions to customers
- Process orders and document customer requests accurately
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Knowledge of broadband services and telecommunications infrastructure
- Proven ability to meet or exceed assigned targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
