Automotive Sales Management Waterloo

Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales at Waterloo Honda in Waterloo, Ontario, using sales planning and team leadership. This is a full-time opportunity.

As Assistant Sales Manager, you will execute sales objectives, develop team plans, and support dealership marketing initiatives. You will convert iLeads, monitor sales and customer experience metrics, and maintain client relationships. The position requires automotive dealership sales management experience and leadership capability.

• Execute short, medium, and long-term vehicle sales objectives
• Develop sales plans supporting monthly and annual goals
• Implement dealership marketing and advertising initiatives
• Convert iLeads into sales and monitor team metrics
• Champion safe, compliant, and exceptional client experiences

• Three to five years of automotive sales management experience
• Experience in a leadership role
• Understanding of dealership accounting, budgeting, and expense management
• Strong people management, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• CRM or automotive software experience considered an asset
