Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program, emphasizing customer service and operations. Work from a neighborhood branch in Windsor or nearby areas.
This Management Trainee program introduces the business from day one while preparing you for future branch management. You will learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations in a hands-on environment. Guidance, mentoring, and support accompany community relationship-building and business development. Enterprise Mobility’s culture of promotion from within supports continued career progression through training and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Master branch knowledge and operational skills
- Put customers first across daily business interactions
- Learn finance, sales, marketing, and customer service
- Establish relationships throughout the local community
- Cultivate new business and develop your team
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related
- Six months experience in sales, service, leadership, or activities
- Canadian Class G or G2 license with qualifying driving record
- No drug- or alcohol-related convictions within five years
- At least eighteen and authorized to work in Canada
