Field Sales Representative Broadband

This representative promotes Xplore fibre, 5G, and satellite broadband services directly to residential customers. Reporting to a Team Manager, you will generate leads, explain packages, and pursue assigned sales targets. The work suits outgoing, technology-loving professionals who understand telecommunications and build relationships.

• Conduct door-to-door outreach throughout assigned territories
• Generate leads and convert prospects into revenue opportunities
• Explain products, pricing, packages, promotions, and competitive advantages
• Process orders and document customer requests accurately
• Track activities, pipelines, and interactions using CRM systems

• One to three years of sales or marketing experience is an asset
• Knowledge of broadband services and telecommunications infrastructure
• Ability to meet or exceed assigned targets
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
