Key Responsibilities:- Educate customers about products and whole projects
- Discuss good, better, and best available options
- Suggest related items and services outside the department
- Promote Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services
- Maintain product knowledge across adjacent departments
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or trade experience asset
- Curiosity and willingness to proactively seek product knowledge
- Customer-focused communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in dusty, noisy warehouse conditions
