Fitness Club Membership Sales Advisor

Drive membership sales through needs analysis, tours, and follow-up while supporting members and guests at a fitness club.
As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will follow the Crunch Sales Script and enroll new members. You will upgrade existing memberships, activate new members, and schedule appointments with prospective members. The position combines sales, marketing, member service, guest support, and desk duties. You will explain club facilities, programs, membership options, and available services while maintaining accurate records and using the CMS system.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform needs analyses for qualified guests
Give tours and trial memberships
Convert inquiries into club visits
Generate contacts through phone, email, texting, and Linked In
Handle member check-ins, requests, and cancellation inquiries
Requirements:
Meet individual daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals
Prepare at least five pre-booked appointments per shift
Master the CMS system
Know club facilities, services, programs, and schedules
Maintain a professional disposition and organized work area
Use fitness sales, member service, appointment setting, and follow-up skills to support club growth and member usage.
