Description:St. Clair College’s South Campus is the main campus and serves as a hub for academic programs, student services, and administrative offices. The campus includes multiple academic buildings, student residences, athletic facilities, and parking areas. It is a high-traffic environment with students, faculty, staff, and visitors present throughout the day.

St. Clair College South Campus, 2000 Talbot Rd. W
Key Responsibilities:
Assist visitors, and employees during crisis and contact the necessary emergency services as neededEnsure that the property is safe by ensuring all security measures are functioning properlyEnthusiastically conducts proactive patrols (exterior and Interior), and be able to address policy breeches, and note facility concerns.Attend and investigate security alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner as not to create a panic amongst the publicAbility to de-escalate a crisis, provide support and liaise with emergency personnel including; police, fire and paramedic resources.Handle Lost & Found items and inquiriesAbility to provide first aid and medical response when required to any personMaintain positive and constructive relationships with The Client’s staff and external clients by providing timely and accurate support as required.Perform duties and tasks assigned by the Security Leadership team and respond to the directions of the client.Prerequisites:
Valid Security License for the province of OntarioValid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved providerFull G driver’s licenseEnglish (oral and written) fluency is a mustMust be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)Applicants who do not possess these certifications can opt into Paladin's Use of Force (UOF)/Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the positionLegally authorized to work in CanadaWhy choose Paladin?
