Position: Paladin Security Guard Role
Become a part of Paladin Security’s team as a Full-Time Security Guard at Tecumseh Mall. Your focus will be on safety, incident response, and excellent customer service.

This role offers an opportunity to maintain a safe shopping experience at the mall, working Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM. Responsibilities include monitoring areas, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary. Candidates must hold a valid Ontario Security License and First Aid certification, with experience in the security industry highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol to ensure safety

• Write up reports and investigate incidents

• Control access at all entry points

• Intervene in emergencies effectively

• Maintain clear communication with staff and visitors

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License is essential

• First Aid & CPR - Level C certification required

• Fluent in English, both written and oral

• Relevant experience in security or law enforcement preferred

• Must complete Use of Force and MOAB training
