Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of hospital grounds and facilities

• Inspect and screen patients and visitors effectively

• Provide exceptional customer service to all hospital guests

• De-escalate conflicts while maintaining professionalism

• Document incidents and write detailed reports

Requirements:

• Valid Security License for Ontario

• First Aid & CPR - Level C certification

• Ongoing education in Police Foundations or related fields

• Immunization records and Use of Force training

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
