Concierge Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard for full or part-time roles in Essex County. In this position, you'll be the first point of contact, managing resident access and visitor registration with a welcoming demeanor. Utilizing your calm communication skills, you'll handle conflicts effectively while supporting property management and contractors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional concierge service at the front desk

• Manage resident access and visitor registrations efficiently

• Uphold property rules while resolving conflicts gracefully

• Assist Property Management and on-site staff promptly

• Engage in ongoing training for emergency response

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (or in progress)

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality

• Outgoing personality with high-volume interaction skills

• Team-oriented and quality-focused under pressure

• Certification in First Aid and CPR Level C is preferred
