Position: Security Guard with Concierge Focus
Become the face of security in high-rise condominiums by delivering exceptional concierge service as a Security Guard in Windsor and Essex County.

This full-time or part-time position demands a committed individual ready to provide outstanding customer service. As a Security Guard, you will manage resident access, assist guests, and uphold a safe environment. Your proactive training in emergency procedures will be essential as you resolve conflicts and support building management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer high-quality concierge services at front desk locations

• Manage access and registration for residents and visitors

• Address conflicts using effective communication techniques

• Assist Property Management and contractors where needed

• Engage in regular training for emergency protocols

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (or in progress)

• Over 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with a hospitality background

• Friendly, approachable demeanor for resident interactions

• Composure and quality service under pressure

• First Aid and CPR Level C certifications are advantageous

Your role will play a significant part in creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all residents and guests.
