Serve as the professional face of building security - delivering hotel-quality concierge service and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests in high-rise communities across Windsor and Essex County.

• Deliver hotel-style front desk concierge service, including resident access management, visitor registration, and lobby administration
• Maintain a professional presence and continuously build a positive reputation as the visible face of building security
• Resolve conflicts calmly and effectively using communication and de-escalation, ensuring property rules and regulations are consistently upheld
• Provide timely support to Property Management, contractors, and on-site staff as required
• Demonstrate a proactive commitment to ongoing training, including emergency response procedures and communications protocols

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing (or actively working toward one)
• 2+ years of proven customer service experience - hospitality or concierge background is a strong asset
• Outgoing, people-first personality comfortable with high-volume resident and visitor interaction
• Enthusiastic team player who takes pride in delivering quality service under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously while maintaining composure and service standards
• Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification is an asset
• Additional industry certifications (Use of Force, NFPA, First Aid) are an advantage
• Professional appearance and demeanour; availability for days, evenings, or overnights
