Key Responsibilities:- Perform clothing alterations, adjustments, and repairs
- Measure and fit garments to customer specifications
- Hem, shorten, lengthen, taper, and resize garments
- Replace zippers, buttons, snaps, and garment components
- Inspect completed work and maintain organized work areas
- Previous seamstress, tailor, or alterations experience
- Knowledge of sewing techniques and strong craftsmanship
- Ability to operate sewing and pressing equipment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills
