Position: Clinical Social Worker for Youth Services
Make a difference in the lives of youth and families as a Clinical Social Worker in Non-Residential Attendance Centre programs. This role involves direct client services, treatment goal development, and clinical assessments.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree and a background in youth services.

Your role will encompass developing intervention strategies, providing clinical resources, and conducting assessments for crisis situations. You will work closely with youth, families, and team members to ensure effective support and treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical services including individual, group, and family counseling

• Develop and implement treatment goals and strategies

• Conduct clinical interviews for assessments of risk and crisis

• Collect data from diverse sources for evaluation

• Assist primary workers in case management through written treatment plans

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work and OASWSSW registration

• Minimum three years of social work experience with youth

• Strong skills in communication, organization and ethical decision-making

• Valid Ontario Class 'g' driver's license and police clearance required

• Availability for irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
