Midnight Housing Support Worker FSWE

In this role, you will provide critical support to clients facing homelessness, using strong assessment and advocacy skills to navigate complex systems. Your focus will be on developing individualized housing plans and ensuring comprehensive client support through collaboration with community partners and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients in securing and maintaining housing

• Conduct pre-intake assessments for accurate client understanding

• Liaise with community partners for coordinated support

• Develop tailored housing search plans based on client needs

• Provide direct assistance throughout the housing application process

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Social Work or related field

• 2+ years of experience with homelessness or housing issues

• Strong understanding of housing systems and barriers

• Excellent communication and crisis intervention skills

• Valid driver’s license may be required
