The City of Windsor seeks a dedicated Social Worker to provide housing support. This Temporary Full-Time role emphasizes on-site case management and crisis intervention for at-risk individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and update case plans regularly

• Facilitate education and support groups for clients
• Attend encampments and respond to outdoor homelessness
• Document all case interactions accurately
Requirements:
• Four-year degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Minimum one year of applicable experience
• Current registration with Ontario College of Social Workers
• Experience in computerized environments
• Demonstrated sensitivity to client needs
