Casual Community Connections Coordinator Needed

In this casual position, you will play a key role in building trust and meaningful relationships through active engagement. By collaborating on social events and managing key communications, you will help maintain the welcoming atmosphere that defines our community. Your skills in organization and empathy will directly impact the resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a welcoming environment for all

• Organize and promote social events within the community

• Interact and support residents' inquiries and services

• Manage community communications and visitor logs

• Collaborate with the team to enhance resident experiences

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Services or related field preferred

• Asset: experience in LTC or social services

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent organization and administrative expertise

• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
