Your role at STEGH will involve providing holistic social work services as part of a multidisciplinary team. You’ll engage with patients and families to navigate complex health decisions and emotional challenges. Advocacy is key as you coordinate with community resources and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-range social work services in the hospital

• Collaborate with physicians and community partners

• Assist outpatients with therapeutic support and resources

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for patient care

• Facilitate patients’ transitions from acute care to home

Requirements:

• Current membership in OCSWSSW

• Master’s degree in social work

• Three years of relevant mental health experience

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
