Position: Mental Health Specialist for Youth
Hôtel Dieu Grace Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Social Worker II in Windsor, Ontario, focused on delivering comprehensive care to children and youth facing social and emotional challenges. Work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment to support families.

In this role, you will implement clinical interventions through individual, group, and family treatment while collaborating with local schools and community agencies. Your experience will enable effective service coordination and foster positive relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy and counseling services across various groups

• Develop and implement family-centered treatment plans

• Work alongside community service providers and school staff

• Monitor clinical treatment effectiveness and make adjustments

• Maintain safety compliance within the work environment

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience with youth required

• Master’s in Social Work and registration essential

• High-level independent judgment and decision-making

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possess a valid Ontario driver’s license for client support
