Probation Service in Old Windsor is hiring Residential Workers on annualised hours with options of 625 or 1250 hours per year, including 12-hour shifts across days and nights. Roles are based at Manor Lodge Approved Premises and require flexibility to cover 24/7 shifts.
We expect empathy, patience and resilience with no degree required; good numeracy and literacy are necessary for reports. Shifts include premium pay for unsocial hours and holidays.
