This role offers an opportunity to support community members while maintaining compliance with legislative standards. As a Caseworker, you will interview clients, provide assessments, and coordinate with community resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Interview clients to assess their social assistance needs
• Keep accurate records in a digital environment
• Organize caseloads according to legislative guidelines
• Facilitate relationships with community organizations
• Continuously assess client service plans and progress
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related fields
• At least one year of direct service experience in social services
• Must hold a valid driver's license when required
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience supporting vulnerable populations preferred
