Voluntary Trusteeship Support Worker FSWE

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept service requests and conduct eligibility assessments

• Monitor and assist clients in achieving their goals

• Provide coaching and skills training to clients

• Advocate for clients' rights and navigate services

• Ensure access to basic necessities and support dignity

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma (BSW/MSW preferred)

• Knowledge of social service systems and community support

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

• Valid Ontario Class G driver's license and vehicle access

• Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
