Become an Affiliate Counsellor with Family Services Windsor-Essex, where you can offer impactful counselling services while enjoying flexible hours as an independent contractor.
We are searching for qualified Affiliate Counsellors to enrich the Family Services Windsor-Essex (FSWE) clinical team. This independent contractor role allows you to engage with individuals, couples, and families while providing vital EAP services. Work from our equipped counselling offices without the burden of administrative tasks, enabling you to focus on your clients and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement solution-focused counselling and EAP support
• Conduct assessments and create treatment goals
• Maintain client confidentiality and documentation
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
• Registration in good standing with OCSWSSW or CRPO
• Experienced in counselling various populations
• Strong assessment and therapeutic skills
• Bilingualism in French or Arabic an asset
