Student Residence Advisor

Support student communities as a Resident Advisor with Campus Living Centres, using communication and leadership skills while remaining enrolled full-time.

This Resident Advisor position serves students within campus residence communities. You will model residence expectations, remain visible during scheduled shifts, and support residents with personal, social, and academic concerns. The work includes community programming, administration, safety, and crisis response.

• Remain visible, approachable, and accessible during scheduled shifts
• Plan and evaluate monthly social and educational programs
• Respond responsibly to resident questions, concerns, and crises
• Assist with conflicts and refer residents to appropriate resources
• Complete incident reports, programming logs, and assigned administrative tasks

• Current full-time enrollment at the employing institution
• Maintain a minimum 65% GPA throughout employment
• Superior verbal communication and above-average customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and support community leadership
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
