Position: Director of Open Source AI Ecosystem

Step into a senior leadership role at Sentient, where you'll drive the open-source AI ecosystem. Lead initiatives that foster collaboration and cultivate innovative projects in AI.

As the Director of Open Source Ecosystem, you will define and oversee Sentient’s community strategy, engaging developers and stakeholders to expand open-source contributions. Your expertise in coding and relationship-building will empower you to support developers and boost productivity across various platforms including Discord and Git Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop community strategy for open-source AI

• Advocate for projects through articles and tutorials

• Support Sentient’s grants and investment program

• Scale the developer community through multiple channels

• Bring together ecosystem leaders and experts

Requirements:

• At least 4 years in community or developer roles

• Hands-on expertise in Python and Type Script

• Deep connections within the open-source AI community

• Understanding of AI agents and frameworks

• High empathy towards users and developer needs

Lead transformative open-source projects at Sentient and elevate the role of AI in the community.
