Vision Systems PLC Programming Engineer

In this permanent, full-time position, you will be pivotal in developing and troubleshooting PLC programs for automated equipment.
Your role encompasses integrating vision systems with PLCs, ensuring effective communication, and enhancing production performance through innovative programming techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test and modify PLC programming for machinery
• Incorporate inspection systems into existing PLC controls
• Manage communication protocols such as Modbus TCP
• Optimize automated inspection sequences for accuracy
• Document and resolve PLC and networking issues
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in PLC programming or similar roles
• Extensive knowledge of industrial control systems
• Familiar with IEC 61131-3 programming methods
• Experienced with Allen-Bradley or Siemens control platforms
• Proven skills in troubleshooting automation systems
