Kingsville Golf & Country Club was founded in 1925 and to this day is one of the finest golfing facilities in the area. Located just 30 minutes from the Windsor/Detroit border, 2 miles from Lake Erie.
Kingsville Golf & Country Club is a scenic course of championship quality, offering 27 holes inundated with trees, traps, hills, water, and wildlife. The course is made up of three nines named Red, White & Gold, each with its own unique character. Errant shots on at least a dozen holes can find water. Over 100 sand traps enhance competitive golf for all levels of players.

Come prepared! For those balls that avoid the rough, the well-groomed fairways will be a delight.

The Assistant Golf Professional supports the Head Golf Professional and Golf Operations team in delivering an exceptional golf experience for members and guests. This role is responsible for assisting with daily golf operations, including tee time management, tournament/event/league coordination, merchandising, and member services. The Assistant Professional also provides instruction, clinics, and junior programming. A strong focus on customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail is essential, along with a passion for the game of golf.

• Daily operations: opening & closing procedures, Proshop organization and cleanliness, managing the tee-sheet, managing outside operations staffing levels and effectiveness, staging area cleanliness, driving range cleanliness, monitoring pace of play
• Retail operations: assisting the Head Professional in the display, inventory control, promotion, and sales of merchandise. Also includes inventory management of rental and demo clubs/sets.
• Events: assisting in the execution of Men’s & Ladies’ leagues as well as internal and external tournaments.
• Instruction: providing private/group lessons and managing/headlining the club’s very successful junior golf programs and camps.

• PGA of Canada member in good standing
• Ability to work in a high‑paced environment and multi‑task
• Private club experience is an asset but not required
• POS and Tee Time Management is an asset
• Experienced with Windows-based applications (ie: Microsoft Office & Golf Genius Software & Smart Golf)

$20/hr (subject to more depending on experience)
