Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct monthly safety meetings with interactive components

• Oversee investigations of incidents and maintain documentation

• Foster a safety-focused culture among staff

• Conduct classroom training and practical road tests for new drivers

• Maintain compliance with safety laws and policies

Requirements:

• Class 2 license with B endorsement necessary

• Clean driver’s abstract and excellent driving record

• Experience in school bus operation needed

• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities

• Training in safety management considered advantageous
