Key Responsibilities:
• Train new Package Handlers on effective handling techniques
• Provide additional guidance to peers needing support
• Monitor compliance with dock safety standards
• Update managers on package sort conditions
• Demonstrate correct processes in real-time
Requirements:
• Six months of experience as a Package Handler preferred
• Ability to train multiple peers simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• Capable of lifting 10 to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license for equipment operation
