Precision Deliveries - Courier Partners (Windsor Terminal)
Precision Deliveries a division of the Fast Frate Group with facilities from coast to coast is looking for Courier Partners at our Windsor Terminal.
We have Courier Owner Operator Partnerships available in Windsor, ON. You would be directly moving supplies and packages for the largest e-commerce clients in North America.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AND WILL START AS SOON AS YOU MEET THE ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS.
Contract Requirements
Vehicle Type:
Minivan - SUV
Must have a FULL G license
$2million dollars of liability coverage
Ability to lift 50lbs
Drivers abstract (no more than 90 days old)
Criminal Background Check (no more than 90 days old)
Early morning start time 6:30am
Hours of Operation: 7 days a week
Desired Skill Set
Driving & Safety Competencies
Valid G Class (or higher) Driver’s License in good standing
Clean driver’s abstract (minimal infractions)
Strong defensive driving skills with a safety-first mindset
Experience driving cargo vans, cube vans, or similar delivery vehicles
Ability to operate in urban, suburban conditions
Delivery & Operational Skills
Proven experience in last-mile / courier delivery (preferred)
Strong time management skills
Ability to safely handle, load, and unload packages of varying sizes
Familiarity with handheld scanners, route apps, and proof-of-delivery systems
Ability to meet daily delivery targets while maintaining accuracy
Customer Service Excellence
Professional and courteous communication with customers
Strong problem-solving ability in real-time delivery situations
Commitment to providing a positive customer experience at every stop
Ability to represent the company professionally in uniform and conduct
Compliance & Documentation
Ability to provide and maintain:
Valid insurance (minimum $2M liability)
Vehicle ownership/lease documentation
Business registration (if operating as an incorporated contractor)
Understanding of contract compliance and service-level expectations
Willingness to complete onboarding, training modules, and policy acknowledgements
Technology & Communication
Comfortable using:
Smartphones and delivery applications
GPS/navigation tools
Email and digital document platforms (Docu Sign, uploads)
Ability to follow instructions communicated via email, Whats App, or app-based systems
Physical & Work Ethic Requirements
Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 50 lbs or more)
Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work peak season volumes, weekends, and extended hours
Business Mindset (Owner-Operator / Contractor Focus)
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach
Ability to manage expenses, fuel, and vehicle maintenance
Commitment to long-term partnership and service consistency
For brokers: ability to manage a team of drivers
Local Market Advantage (Windsor-Specific)
Knowledge of Windsor routes, neighborhoods, and delivery zones
Familiarity with high-volume delivery environments (residential & commercial)
