As an Operations Specialist, you will play an essential role in the management and maintenance of Bird's fleet. This involves deploying scooters according to demand, performing field maintenance to ensure functionality, and supporting logistics operations to maintain a seamless workflow. Your proficiency with technology and communication will help optimize daily goals and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and load/unload scooters for deployment

• Relocate scooters between areas based on rider demand

• Conduct diagnostics and quality checks on the fleet

• Utilize smartphone applications to manage tasks

• Support daily logistics and operational flow in the warehouse

Requirements:

• Two years of driving experience required

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license

• Proficient in English and comfortable using mobile apps

• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and work various shifts

• Knowledge of Windsor’s local streets is advantageous
