AZ Driver Coordinator Position

Become a key player at Challenger Motor Freight in Windsor as an AZ Driver Coordinator. This role emphasizes effective communication and driver success, vital for our operations.

As a permanent, on-site Dispatcher (Days), you will streamline processes between drivers and various departments, ensuring every delivery runs smoothly. Your focus on driver retention and performance will support the overall success of our logistics services, providing a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee coordination of drivers from pick-up to delivery

• Monitor driver performance and address concerns proactively

• Facilitate skill development related to customs and regulations

• Maintain effective communication with customers as needed

• Assist drivers with inquiries about payroll and shifts

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma is required

• Knowledge of truckload dispatch is beneficial

• Experience in customs or ACE is an asset

• Microsoft Office proficiency is necessary

• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills are essential
