As an on-call relief employee, you will engage in essential mail delivery across various communities. The ideal candidate should be dependable and organized, with the capability to navigate local routes and weather conditions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring mail safety while processing Canada Post services, along with collaborating with a well-respected organization focused on growth and community service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort, collect, and deliver mail efficiently
• Acquire knowledge of local delivery routes
• Ensure secure handling of mail items
• Process CPC products like address changes
• Operate a vehicle in diverse weather conditions
Requirements:
• Valid class 5 driver's license required
• Clean driving record with abstract needed
• Vehicle must meet cargo capacity requirements
• Must provide automobile liability insurance
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
