Your responsibilities will include loading and transporting orders to customers while exemplifying FIKA's service standards. When not delivering, you will assist in-store with customer service and upkeep. Leverage your reliable communication skills to thrive as a brand ambassador during every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, deliver, and transport cannabis products safely
• Ensure deliveries adhere to training protocols for customer satisfaction
• Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Follow assigned routes and schedules diligently
• Maintain compliance with delivery safety regulations
Requirements:
• Valid insurance and personal vehicle for delivery
• Clean abstract and Driver’s License
• Previous delivery or logistics experience of 6 months
• Must have Provincial Cannabis Certification
• Weekend and varied hour availability required
