At SyBridge Technologies, we're looking for a dependable AZ or DZ Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you'll safely transport precision molds and tooling between our facilities and customer locations throughout Canada and the United States. What You'll Do
As a Driver, you'll play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations by safely transporting molds, tooling, and precision components between SyBridge facilities and customer locations. You'll help ensure projects stay on schedule while representing SyBridge with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Safely transport molds, tooling, and components between SyBridge facilities and customer locations
Pick up and deliver tooling while meeting scheduled delivery timelines
Load molds and tooling onto trailers using overhead cranes
Secure all loads in accordance with Canadian and U.S. transportation regulations and safety standards
Complete daily driver logs, trip reports, and required transportation documentation
Maintain regular communication with logistics, operations, and production teams regarding delivery schedules
Provide professional, courteous service while interacting with customers during pickups and deliveries
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company policies, transportation regulations, and safety procedures
Support additional operational activities as required
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid CDL license (AZ or DZ license)
Valid passport with the ability to cross the Canada–U.S. border
Clean driving record
Experience transporting heavy loads and securing cargo safely
Experience operating or working around overhead cranes is considered an asset
Strong understanding of transportation safety regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently while managing changing schedules and priorities
Professional attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to adapt to varying work hours based on customer and operational requirements
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
Ability to safely load, unload, inspect, and secure heavy tooling and equipment
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to travel throughout Canada and the United States, including regular border crossings
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering manufacturing facilities or customer sites
