This on-call relief position requires dependable individuals skilled in sorting, collecting, and delivering mail. You must navigate various roads and maintain a knowledgeable understanding of local delivery needs, ensuring timely and secure mail handling. Enjoy working outdoors and driving in various weather conditions as you contribute to Canada Post's mission of connectivity and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and deliver mail items safely and on time
• Knowledge local infrastructure for efficient deliveries
• Secure mail items during transport
• Process CPC products and services effectively
• Display Canada Post identification while on duty
Requirements:
• Valid provincial driver’s license (class 5 or G)
• Satisfactory safe driving record with a driver’s abstract
• Experience operating a vehicle under various conditions
• Capability to lift items up to 50 lb/22.7 kg
• Provide required automobile liability insurance
