Be a key part of the team at Fed Ex Canada in a Courier role. This seasonal position offers a chance to ensure smooth pick-up and delivery of packages while providing excellent customer service.
As a Seasonal Courier for up to 12 weeks, you'll be engaged in checking shipments, planning routes efficiently, and upholding the company's professional image. The role requires diligence in following operational procedures and maintaining the security of packages and company equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver packages promptly and safely
• Inspect packages for delivery accuracy
• Plan efficient routes to enhance delivery times
• Educate customers about services and features
• Operate tracking systems to monitor deliveries
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Bilingual candidates in Quebec preferred
• Shift work, including weekends, is mandatory
