This permanent opportunity offers full benefits training and career growth with UPS Canada. Package Handlers unload trailers, organize packages, and prepare UPS delivery trucks for delivery. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with early start and finish times.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan packages on UPS vehicles
Load packages onto UPS delivery trucks by hand
Follow load charts and organize delivery sequences
Load two to four trucks simultaneously
Learn UPS package handling procedures and methods
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds or 32 kilograms
Ability to read and memorize postal codes
Availability Monday through Friday, up to five days weekly
Availability for flexible shift hours
Warehouse experience preferred
Use scanning, sorting, and physical package handling skills to prepare UPS delivery trucks during weekday preload operations.
