Deliver packages efficiently for Fed Ex while using safe driving, strong organization, and excellent customer service on assigned routes. This interview position supports package pickup and delivery.
As a Courier, you will check shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service and provide related customer service functions. The work requires communication, time management, organization, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations and Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
- Check shipments against Federal Express Canada service requirements
- Provide related customer service functions
- Maneuver packages using appropriate equipment
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 70 pounds
- Ability to maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds
- Flexible availability for schedules and holidays
Use dependable driving, shipment checking, and customer service skills to support Fed Ex package delivery and pickup operations.
