Operate heavy equipment for Webber in Claireville, supporting winter snow removal and summer highway maintenance across contracted infrastructure assets.
As a Seasonal Equipment Operator, you will maintain roads, bridges, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, and related assets. The work includes snow plowing, sanding, salting, surface repair, traffic control, and equipment transport. Safety awareness remains essential during changing seasonal and operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Remove snow and ice using plowing and sanding equipment
- Perform seasonal salting and maintenance on roads and bridges
- Repair highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, fences, and lighting
- Remove potholes, litter, debris, and damaged reflectors
- Transport crews and equipment to assigned work sites
- Valid Ontario Class DZ driver's license
- Acceptable driving record; AZ license is an asset
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of related work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
