Package Delivery Courier Route Specialist

Support reliable package delivery as a Courier, combining route organization with shipment checks and customer-focused communication. This role follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 10:00am to 5:30pm.
The Courier handles pickups and deliveries on an assigned route for Federal Express Canada. Daily work requires checking shipments for conformance, providing customer service, and managing packages with appropriate equipment. Success requires flexibility, stress management, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete efficient pickups and deliveries along assigned routes
Verify shipments meet Federal Express Canada service requirements
Deliver related customer service functions professionally
Handle packages weighing 70 pounds or less
Use appropriate equipment for packages up to 150 pounds
Requirements:
High school diploma or educational equivalent
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and handle a highly pressured environment
Flexibility for different schedules and holidays when needed
Bring organized route execution, shipment accuracy, and customer communication to Federal Express Canada Courier deliveries.
