Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming medical supplies and equipment
Prepare and fulfill internal orders for hospital departments
Conduct inventory checks and stock replenishment
Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
Follow safety protocols and healthcare regulations
Assist with shipping and receiving activities
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with hospital standards
Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to meet daily targets
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Inventory Clerk, or Warehouse Worker
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking
Ability to handle physical tasks safely and efficiently
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of hospital or healthcare supply chain protocols
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare or hospital warehouse environment
Forklift certification or training in warehouse equipment operation
Knowledge of medical supply inventory standards and procedures
